Requirements

  • MBA in Finance (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred)
  • 0–5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Clear interest in transactions, finance, and strategy

What this role is not

  • Not a back-office or routine finance role

About the Role

This is not a routine internship. It is a selection-driven program designed to identify and train individuals who want to build a career in transaction advisory, deal execution, and strategic finance. You will work closely with the team on live engagements and real business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support live transaction advisory assignments
  • Assist in financial analysis and structuring
  • Work on investor readiness and business evaluation
  • Gain exposure to due diligence processes
  • Conduct research and analysis for ongoing deals
  • Contribute to execution-driven work

Program Structure

  • Selection-based initial training phase
  • Followed by a 3-month internship on live projects
  • Top performers may receive full-time offers

Requirements

  • CA / CMA Articles or MBA Finance students
  • Strong interest in transactions, finance, and deal-making
  • Willingness to work in a high-performance environment
